Seizing Sammy Eplebaum's Emory University School of Law diploma and disbarring Sammy Eplebaum from attorney/lawyer practice in the entire United States for diminishing the quality of the legal profession in invasion of privacy of Rep. Ian A. Medina (D-FL) in the name of an illegal and overreaching unauthorized practice of law investigation, bribery of judges in the ADA lawsuit, defamation, slander and libel by engaging in malicious prosecution and selective prosecution of unauthorized practice of law allegedly committed by Rep. Ian A. Medina (D-FL) who is competent and qualified to practice law having graduated from ABA-accredited Emory University School of Law, in violation of civil rights and human rights law contrary to the ABA Code of Professionalism for attorneys/lawyers in the United States.

RESOLUTION

Seizing Sammy Eplebaum's Emory University School of Law diploma and disbarring Sammy Eplebaum from attorney/lawyer practice in the entire United States for diminishing the quality of the legal profession in invasion of privacy of Rep. Ian A. Medina (D-FL) in the name of an illegal and overreaching unauthorized practice of law investigation, bribery of judges in the ADA lawsuit, defamation, slander and libel by engaging in malicious prosecution and selective prosecution of unauthorized practice of law allegedly committed by Rep. Ian A. Medina (D-FL) who is competent and qualified to practice law having graduated from ABA-accredited Emory University School of Law, in violation of civil rights and human rights law contrary to the ABA Code of Professionalism for attorneys/lawyers in the United States.

  1. Sammy Eplebaum is hereby permanently disbarred from attorney/lawyer practice in the entire United States and will not qualify or be able to obtain law licensure in the entire United States for life;

  2. Sammy Eplebaum shall immediately cease to carry himself out to be an attorney/lawyer and shall terminate all employment in any law firm(s), including Stack, Fernandez & Harris immediately; 

  3. Sammy Eplebaum is hereby stripped of his trade, vocation, career, profession and occupation as attorney/lawyer and his Emory Law School diploma is seized by the federal government of the United States;

  4. Emory University School of Law is forbidden to reprint Sammy Eplebaum's diploma and shall permanently erase his transcript, which shall not be reproduced anymore;

  5. Sammy Eplebaum shall not be allowed to practice law in the United States in perpetuity with no right to appeal, which is done with due process of law and in accordance with federal law; 

  6. Moreover, Sammy Eplebaum shall not be allowed to work as a paralegal, law clerk and/or legal assistant for the propensity of him defying this legislation and engaging in the unauthorized practice of law;

  7. If Sammy Epblebaum does not stop practicing law immediately after this legislation is enacted, then an unauthorized practice of law investigation shall be launched and swift prosecution will be sought by the U.S. Attorneys;

  8. Thus, all rights, privileges, benefits and honors conferred unto Sammy Eplebaum by Emory University School of Law are expressly and entirely revoked by this disbarment action;

  9. All prosecutorial actions taken by Sammy Eplebaum and the Florida Bar Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee against Rep. Ian A. Medina (D-FL) are rendered invalid and of no force and/or effect hereby superseded and preempted by the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the United States, citations omitted. Any subsequent prosecutorial actions, including all communications by phone, email, text, mail and/or service processor are unlawful malicious prosecution and selective prosecution, in violation of federal law to be punishable by the U.S. Attorneys as insidious criminal acts in deprivation of civil liberties.  

 

Section 100. No Inferred Rights, Privileges, Immunities And/Or Benefits

 

Nothing in this chapter shall be inferred to confer any rights, privileges, immunities and/or benefits, neither actually nor constructively to any person or entity except as expressed herein. 

 

Section 101. Reservation of all Rights, Privileges, Immunities And/Or Benefits

 

The Congress of the United States of America reserves all rights, privileges, immunities and/or benefits available at law regarding this legislation. 

 

Section 102. Subsequent Jurisprudence Barred By Political Question Doctrine 

 

Any case and/or controversy arising out of this legislation against any party is barred by political question doctrine. U.S. Const. art. III, § 2, c. 1. 

 

Section 103. Legislative Immunity

 

Any case and/or controversy arising out of this legislation against any member of Congress is barred by the Speech or Debate Clause of the Constitution of the United States of America. U.S. Const. art. I, § 6, c. 1. 

 

Section 104. Federal Preemption

 

This legislation hereby preempts the states and any cases/controversies arising in state government is preempted by the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the United States of America. U.S. Const. art. VI, c. 2. 

 

Section 105. Repeal of Old, Previous Legislation

 

Any state and/or federal legislation contrary to this legislation are hereby repealed, disused, voided and rendered invalid. Thus, this legislation shall replace the old, previous legislation that is in full force and effect. 

 

Section 106. Antagonistic Jurisprudence

 

Any antagonistic jurisprudence contrary to this legislation is hereby rendered moot, repealed, disused, voided and rendered invalid. Thus, this legislation shall replace the antagonistic jurisprudence that is in full force and effect.

 

Section 107. Subsequent Legislation

 

Any subsequent legislation, except a duly made amendment to this legislation by concurrence of a majority of each chamber of Congress, is of no valid force and effect.
